Privacy policy

The short version
This website doesn't collect personal information through forms, doesn't use advertising trackers and doesn't sell data. If you contact us, we use what you send only to help you with your move.
What we collect
- When you contact us. If you call, text, email or book a call, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, contact information and what you're looking for.
- When you visit the site. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages securely. We don't use this to identify you.
- Fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers. See Google's privacy policy for details.
How we use it
- To respond to you and help with buying, selling or renting.
- If you ask for a referral, to introduce you to a licensed agent in your market. We share only what that agent needs to help you, and only with your permission.
- To keep records required by law and by our brokerage.
Calls and texts
If you give us your phone number, we'll call or text you only about your inquiry. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
What we never do
- Sell or rent your information.
- Use protected characteristics, such as race, religion, disability, familial status, national origin or source of income, when helping you or matching you with an agent.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep your information as long as we need it to help you and to meet our brokerage's record-keeping requirements. To see, correct or delete your information, email josh@joshandjenteam.com.
